This year, we are excited to partner with HomePlate Youth Services for our Christmas Sharing mission. HomePlate provides services for young people, ages 12-24, who are experiencing houselessness or any other type of instability. Through December 1st, we will be collecting donations of unwrapped items for their Holiday Store, where young people can choose gifts for the people who are important in their lives.
Starting in 2025
Beginning in January, Christ UMC will also be providing a monthly dinner at HomePlate. If you'd like to donate money instead of buying a gift during Christmas Sharing this year, we'll be raising funds for the monthly dinner program at the same time as collecting Holiday Store gifts.
