Contact information for clergy of the conference and persons serving on conference committees, task forces, or other nominated roles may be displayed on the website to facilitate the business of the conference. You may request that your contact information not be shown by contacting your district office.

Credit card data is not collected or maintained on this site or conference servers. Any credit card transaction is processed via an encrypted connection between your computer and our merchant services providers. Refunds of credit card transactions will be made when a registration is cancelled by the posted date for refunds.
