The church is not a product or service that can be bought or sold; the church is a community that we create together. Your voice, talent, skills, and gifts make this community of faith one of a kind. So get involved!
Here are some of the ways you can give your time and talents:
Leadership
• Church Council - Help plan and guide the ministries of the church.
• Counters - Care for the gifts and finances of the church.
Worship
• Praise Band - Worship doesn't sound quite as nice without a great band. Join ours.
• Tech Team - Are you a techy? We have lots of ways to create magic behind the scenes.
• Welcome Team - If you love greeting and welcoming people, let's talk .
• Worship Team - Got ideas for making worship better? We got a group for you.
Children + Youth Ministries
• Kid Sunday School - Love kids, join our great children's church or help with a bible class.
• Nursery - Love to spend the day with little tots? Our nursery would love your help.
• Youth Sunday School - Love kids, join our children's church or help with a bible class.
• Youth Group - Love kids, join our great children's church or help with a bible class.
Adult Ministries
• Adult Sunday School - Sunday adult class on a variety of topics.
• Bible Study - A weekly Bible Study with the pastor.
• Pub Theology - A weekly get together with good food, drink and discussion.
• Piece + Quiet - A once a month weekend with others to work on your personal projects.
• Good Samaritans - A group dedicated to helping those in need through acts of kindness.
• Women's Group - A women's group who come together for fellowship + spiritual growth.
Reconciling Ministries - A group committed to fostering inclusivity and acceptance, welcoming people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and backgrounds. Rooted in love and justice, and works to create a safe, affirming space where everyone is embraced and valued as beloved children of God.
Campus
• Facilities Team - We have a great campus, help us keep it that way.
• Mother Oak Garden Club - Like to get dirty, adopt a bed in our community garden.
