HOMEPLATE YOUTH SERVICES
MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIFE OF A YOUTH
Christ United Methodist Church is partnering with HomePlate Youth Services to provide a monthly meal and assistance during the year for young adults in need.
HomePlate serves youth ages 12-24 experiencing housing instability, and uplifts and empowers them through community building, education, and access to services and resources.
MONTHLY DINNERS
Christ UMC serves dinner once every month for youth experiencing homelessness in the Beaverton area. You can be a part of this ministry.
Sign-Up to help shop, cook, serve, and/or clean-up the first Monday of each month.
Meals are served at the HomePlate Beaverton Drop-In Center at 12685 SW 4th Street Beaverton, OR

CHRISTMAS SHARING PROJECT
During the Christmas season, Christ UMC provides unwrapped gifts for HomePlate's Holiday Store. This unique store provides youth an opportunity to experience the joy of giving as they “shop” for gifts for those they love during the holiday season.
Last year was a huge success, so we are super excited for this year.
Stay tuned for program details later in the year.
